Order and delivery information
Once you have placed your order on our website, we will email you the invoice for this order within 24 to 48 hours.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to our account. Once the amount appears in the bank account, we will proceed to prepare the order and send it to the address you have provided us.
Transport included in the final price for orders over €90.00 in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. If the order does not reach this amount, the total will be increased by €7.00.
Once the bank transfer is received, the delivery time for your order is 24 to 48 hours in the Iberian Peninsula, and 5 to 10 working days when sent to another EU country.
